3M VHB Tape 4945 is a white multi-purpose tape with adhesive on both
sides of firm foam for permanent sign and panel mounting. It is used
where bond is needed replacing screws, rivets, and studs; enhancing the
appearance of finished goods. Has high dynamic stress absorptions which
reduces vibration and impact stress, also spreading the load across the
length of the joint. Resists moistures,UV, solvent and plasticizers -
will not loosen or degrade adhesive. Adheres to: substrates, glass,
metal, MSE plastics (rigid PVC, acrylic, polycarbonate, ASB and
polystyrene, most powder-coated paints, painted or sealed wood and
sealed concrete.
