if at first you don't succeed, call Signworld May 19, 2017 Reviewer: Mary Zondanos from Cary, NC   The first time we ordered and tried to install our flag, we pulled the bottom too light and the bottom grommet ripped out in a heavy wind. Signworld offered us free repair our flag and took the time to explain how to install them with proper tension. We've been repeat customers for this product and haven't had any issues since.
