🚚 General Shipping Information
  • Orders are shipped from our California and Pennsylvania warehouses.
  • East Coast orders typically ship from Pennsylvania; West Coast orders from California.
  • Not all items are stocked at both locations—please contact us if you have a deadline.
  • Transit maps are estimates only and do not apply to orders with custom printed items.
  • If your order has a strict deadline, please contact us before placing your order.
⚡ Same-Day Shipping (Hardware Only)
  • Available for non-printed (hardware-only) orders placed before 11:00 AM PST on business days.
  • Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders containing custom or printed items are NOT eligible for same-day shipping.

  • Custom printed items ship from our California printing facility only.
  • Once:
    • Payment is cleared and
    • Print-ready artwork is received.
    • If the order is placed before 11:00 AM PST, it will be processed the same day and production will begin the following business day, provided the ready-to-print artwork is uploaded by 11:00 AM PST.
    • If the order is placed after 11:00 AM PST, it will be processed the following business day.

This is a custom LED signage built with Gold or Silver Brush Aluminum Composite Panel cutout in the front. Hence, even without turning on the LEDs, this is an amazing standalone display due to its brushed aluminum surface. You can also opt-in to go with black acrylic face depending on your specific design. We fabricate and ship from our California workshop so rest assured we can deliver your signage on time.

*For best lighting results, we recommend installing your sign on a white background. Any other color will be reflected back to the sign.
*Complicated cuts with a lot of small details would either need to be removed or edited for best results.
*To proceed with your order, we need a ready-to-cut vector file. If you only have a raster image (e.g., PNG or JPG), we can convert it to a vector format for an additional fee of approximately $80.



Installation Instruction:

1. Tape Mounting Template to the desire sign location.
2. Trace mounting holes hard enough so you can see them on the wall after removing the Mounting Template.
3. Remove Mounting Template and drill into your wall.
4. Lightly fill your drilled holes with silicone for extra security.
5. Insert Stainless Steel Studs into the back of your LED Sign.
6. Insert LED Sign into the wall. Make sure the sign is lifted as little as possible with LED evenly lit on the entire display. Depending on your displays, they should be lifted approximately 2.5 inches off the wall.
7. Plug in your AC/DC Adaptor and you are ready to go! (Please consult with an electrician if you want to hide wiring behind the wall.)
