🚚 General Shipping Information
- Orders are shipped from our California and Pennsylvania warehouses.
- East Coast orders typically ship from Pennsylvania; West Coast orders from California.
- Not all items are stocked at both locations—please contact us if you have a deadline.
- Transit maps are estimates only and do not apply to orders with custom printed items.
- If your order has a strict deadline, please contact us before placing your order.
⚡ Same-Day Shipping (Hardware Only)
- Available for non-printed (hardware-only) orders placed before 11:00 AM PST on business days.
- Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- Orders containing custom or printed items are NOT eligible for same-day shipping.
🖨️ Custom Printed Orders
- Custom printed items ship from our California printing facility only.

Once:
- Payment is cleared and
- Print-ready artwork is received
- If the order is placed before 11 AM PST, then the order is processed that same day and production begins the following business day, given that the ready to print artwork is uploaded by 11 AM PST. If the order is placed after 11 AM PST, it will be process the following business day

- Artwork issues may delay production and shipping.
- For urgent orders, please call us for the most accurate turnaround time.
📍 Shipping Methods
🇺🇸 U.S. (48 Contiguous States)
- Ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
- Free UPS Ground Shipping available on eligible orders over $100.
🇨🇦 Canada
- Ships via UPS Standard.
- A phone number is required for international shipping.
- Buyer is responsible for:
- Duties
- Taxes
- Brokerage & customs fees
🌴 AK, HI, PR
- Ships via USPS Parcel Post.
- Contact us if you prefer an alternative shipping method.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
- We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Please provide:
- A valid physical address
- A contact phone number (in case of delivery issues)
⏱️ Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders ship within 2–8 business days after processing (varies by product & quantity).
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us.

- Available within 50 miles of our location
- Minimum order: $100
- Eligible for next business day delivery
